"In July 0f, 2008 we had an underground sprinkler system installed by a company that shall remain unnamed. Within a month of installation, the system began to fail. Large soggy areas began to form around the yard. I called the company; they returned to dig up the yard and said that part of the pipe had split open. This happened repeatedly over the following year. It was eventually determined that the entire system had been installed with defective pipe. The company refused to fix the problem to our satisfaction and we were left dissatisfied with a soggy and muddy yard.
I called Splash Irrigation, Inc. who had installed a sprinkler system for my daughter and spoke with Dan McIntyre. He came out and assessed the situation. He was very polite and professional and said he could fix the problem, could do so quickly, and quoted me a price. His crew came out on the date we chose, they worked very hard, and they cleaned up after themselves. There was hardly any evidence of what had taken place…the yard was not all ripped up…no deep gashes in the turf…and they explained to me how the timer worked. When I got the bill, it came in $100.00 under budget…what a nice surprise!!"
